The rooms here are well-kept and have everything you need, like a comfortable king bed, a separate bedroom, and even complimentary coffee, while the staff is friendly and helpful.

The venue was perfectly clean and big size. Well-maintained and spotless units with a king size bed. Very good building, nice and best possible location close enough to the seafood restaurant and Cancun or Playa del Carmen. Great to have an à la carte restaurant for lunch. The hotel of choice in Cozumel.

Breakfast poor.

The staff, the complex, the pool area, the view; especially top is the fact that I NEVER waited more than 1 minute for a drink; this is rare and a big praise to the staff; furthermore, there are almost all marten drinks and cooktails; in the evenings it can happen that one is not sober anymore =); all restaurants are without surcharge

The food is in need of improvement, as is the system regarding the restaurants; on arrival I could no longer reserve certain restaurants for the next day.

The location here is fantastic, and the staff are efficient and excellent.

Beautifully designed hotel area. I find the tunnel from the hotel / pool area to the beach very good. So you don't have to cross a street.

The pure beach section is a bit small. In addition, the view of the sea is blocked by the cruise ships anchored in the foreground.

The whole complex was very spacious and beautifully designed. The rooms were large and well furnished. Cleanliness all in all as well as quality of food good! The view to the sea and the cruise ships was very great.

Room change only possible after the first night. Unfortunately, the opening hours of the snack bar were either wrong or the employee was motivated to leave early.

no complaints about ANY THING....could not make any improvements...(unless it would be connections to fairy or airport) but taxis were readily available

Our time at Park Royal Cozumel was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find the activities that we wanted to participate in. We enjoyed the food on the buffet for all of our meals. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

The wake-up service in my deluxe room was a nice bonus. the location was great, very close to nice restaurants, the Royal tower, and different areas.

The Hotel Staff were outstanding. The activities were great that they had for the whole family.

The dive shop AquaWorld that is assocaited with the hotel. As a guest I was not allowed to use the hotel pier to dive with another company.

The activities where the best thing. A group who had different things to do every day including some kind of performance every evening. Nice pools at the ocean. No beach to talk about.

It´s an all-inclusive hotel. But the wifi is not included. Cost 15 $ per day. And it didn´t work during our stay and didn´t any money back either. The food was horrible. Even the "restaurants" with the á la cart meny was bad. Can´t recommend this to anyone. Select an other one. Booking didn´t work. When we came to the hotel, they couldn´t see our booking. But it was low season so we got a room anyway.
